Four companies in Idaho have been ranked on a national list for their financial growth over the period of two years.

On April 1, Inc. Magazine unveiled its fifth annual Inc. 500 Regionals, with four Gem State companies making its Rocky Mountain List. The regional list focuses on businesses based in Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming.

The companies on this year’s list were ranked based on their percentage revenue growth from 2021 to 2023. To be considered, companies also had to be founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2021, the magazine reported. They also have to be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit and independent. The companies also cannot be subsidiaries or divisions of other companies and have a minimum revenue of $100,000 in 2021 and $1 million in 2023.

Idaho’s DOXA Talent, based in Garden City, ranked third out of 50 Rocky Mountain companies with a two-year growth of 816%. DOXA provides talent acquisition services for companies. First place went to Woof Pet in Denver with a growth of 6,317% and second place went to The Picklr based in Kaysville, Utah, with a growth of 3,385%.

Boise-based Full Swing Public Relations came in at 16th with a growth of 159%.

“I started Full Swing in 2019 at my kitchen counter, with zero business experience,” said Caitlin Copple, a founding partner and CEO of the public relations firm. “There are few role models for women scaling a business past seven figures, and we hope our story and success inspires more unlikely entrepreneurs to go after their dreams.”

Lovevery, which had a 61% revenue growth over the two-year period, ranked 34th on the list. It is based in Boise and provides early-learning solutions for its subscribers.

Coming in at 38 on the list was Meridian-based In Time Tec with 56% growth. The company provides software solutions for clients.
