One of Silicon Valley’s best-known private equity technology investors, Accel-KKR, has zeroed in on a Sydney-based customer communications start-up, providing its venture capital backers with a significant liquidity event.
Accel-KKR’s enterprise customer communications platform Smart Communications has agreed to acquire Pendula, a customer engagement platform. The deal would help Smart expand in Asia Pacific.
