Bower raises Rs 11.5 Cr in seed round

Bower School of Entrepreneurship has raised Rs 11.5 crore ($1.33 million) in seed funding from High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Astir Ventures. 

The proceeds will be used to support the development of an AI-powered course builder platform, new partnerships with industry players, and physical campuses in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the USA. 

Bower plans to impact over 15,000 students and reach Rs 15 crore in revenue across all verticals by FY26. The institution reported Rs 1.5 crore in revenue for the fourth quarter of FY25.

Founded by Pavan Allena, Bower offers entrepreneurship programs for students and professionals. These include Bower SEED for K-12 students, Bower LEAD for working professionals, and the upcoming Bower UG undergraduate program starting in August 2025.

So far, Bower has worked with over 5,000 students, registered 1.5 crore in bookings within three months of launch, and operates with 27 team members and 63 faculty. The executive program, Bower LEAD, will run four cohorts in 2025 with up to 150 participants expected.
