São Paulo, March 2025 – Deutsche Telekom Global Business Solutions, one of the world’s leading integrated telecommunications companies, is now offering private cellular network solutions in Brazil. In the international market, the Deutsche Telekom Group was recognized by Gartner® in the Magic Quadrant™ Leaders for 4G and 5G Private Cellular Networks, launched by the consultancy in early 2025, available here.
The offering includes design, implementation, managed services and customer service and, according to Daniel Sartori, Head of Mobile Connectivity in Brazil at Deutsche Telekom Global Business, the company brings to the country the expertise of more than 90 private networks deployed in Europe and North America. “We have an ecosystem in the country formed by global and local partners for the expansion of this market, offering the same quality of connection and service that we already do abroad,” explains Sartori.
As is already the case in Europe and North America, Deutsche Telekom Global Business will operate in Brazil with three solutions: public networks, which use only the existing infrastructure of the operators; dedicated networks to serve mission-critical activities and all equipment is on-premises at the customer’s premises; and hybrid networks where mission-critical actions are connected to equipment at the customer’s premises and non-mission-critical activities are connected to a public network.
The national market has enormous potential for the expansion of private cellular networks in sectors that are already leading their implementation, such as mining and oil and gas, agribusiness, where high-quality connectivity can transform farm management, and in manufacturing, with the creation of smart factories that allow remote control and real-time monitoring.
Deutsche Telekom Global Business has an agnostic approach that seeks to offer customers the best connectivity option according to their needs, which will be followed in the offering of private networks. “We will offer flexible models and customized structures and implement the network model that best suits customers’ operational and budgetary needs,” explains Sartori.
