EnduroSat raised €20m in a new funding round led by private equity firm CEECAT Capital, marking its latest step toward expanding its presence in the satellite industry.
The investment, confirmed by Bulgarian media outlet Capital, follows the company’s €9.62m Series A round nearly two years ago.
CEECAT Capital increased its stake in EnduroSat, citing the company’s continued outperformance in the sector. Romanian private equity firm Morphosis Capital also participated in the round, acquiring a minority stake. CEO and founder Raycho Raychev expressed confidence in the firm’s trajectory, emphasizing its commitment to making space more accessible. The fresh capital will support EnduroSat’s entry into a new market segment by increasing the size of its satellites, further enhancing its capabilities.
