Colin Barnacle joined Greenspoon Marder as a partner in its labor and employment and litigation practices in Denver, the firm announced Tuesday.
Barnacle handles traditional labor issues, including union matters and elections, and develops proactive employment strategies. He also partners with executives and HR leaders to create policies that mitigate legal risks and foster workplace cultures, the firm said.
Jay Cranmer also joined as an associate.
