Group trains 40 future global business leaders

Founder, Mentor Intro Africa, Fola Niyi-Duale, has expressed enthusiasm about the successful completion of a six-week intensive mentorship programme for 40 persons, aimed at raising the next generation of global business leaders.
 
Woodhall Capital International Foundation (WCIF), which is the philanthropic arm of the leading financial advisory firm, Woodhall Capital, organised the event in partnership with Mentor Intro Africa, a premier platform connecting Africa’s rising talent with world-class mentors.
 
Niyi-Duale, who said that the programme served as a launch pad to the mentees to realise their big dreams, also recounted success stories emerging during the sessions.
 
“We have a couple of people who have set up their businesses in the course of this mentorship. This programme has given them the clarity and the courage to do what they didn’t know they could do. We are very excited about the greatness this cohort will accomplish.

“At a time marked by renewed investor optimism and economic resurgence, Nigeria’s business confidence appears to be on a steady rise — signalling a rising demand for goods, services, and visionary leadership. It was against this backdrop that the Foundation came up with this transformative initiative aimed at preparing a new generation of change-makers for the future of African enterprise,” she said.
 
The event brought together 40 carefully selected mentees across sectors, such as finance, media, health, technology, and social enterprise.It provided access to high-impact mentorship, strategic business knowledge, and a unique ecosystem of professional growth.
 
More than just a skills-building effort, it became a platform for meaningful dialogue, leadership development, and the fostering of a new class of Captains of Industry.
 
Speaking at the grand finale of the mentorship cohort dubbed ‘’Captains of Industry, the President of Woodhall Capital Group, Mojisola Hunponu-Wusu, expressed her excitement at the success of the programme.
