Gwangjang, a law firm, hired former Minister of Employment and Labor Ahn Kyung-duk (33 times of administrative notice) as an adviser and established a labor complaints team.

According to the law firm Gwangjang on the 12th, it recruited former Minister Ahn as an adviser and established a labor complaint team. Advisor Ahn will play a pivotal role in the labor compliance team in the square based on his expertise and experience accumulated over the past 30 years while working at the Ministry of Employment and Labor and related organizations.

The Labor Compliance Team is led by the existing labor group (lawyer Jin Chang-soo, head of the group) and the Industrial Safety Team (team leader Bae Jae-deok and lawyer Lee Sang-hyun). In order to prevent and prepare for future disputes, it will cooperate with specialized teams such as criminal teams (Park Yang-ho, lawyer Lee Joo-hyun, etc.) and Songmu teams (Sung Chang-ho, lawyer Kang Dong-hyuk, etc.) to provide a comprehensive one-stop service on issues arising from the entire industry.

Since entering public office through the 33rd administrative notice in 1990, adviser Ahn is the nation’s top expert in personnel, labor and safety, who served as the 8th Minister of Employment and Labor through the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s Planning and Coordination Office, the Labor Policy Office, and the standing member of the Economic and Social Labor Commission. Gwangjang expects Ahn’s expertise and experience to contribute greatly to further in-depth and internalizing legal services that the Labor Compliance Team will provide to customers in the future.
