What’s going on at IBM?

International Business Machines (IBM) is reportedly planning to eliminate approximately 8,000 jobs as part of its ongoing AI-driven restructuring.

Multiple media outlets claim that the tech giant’s human resources (HR) division will be mainly affected.

The bombshell update comes after IBM replaced around 200 HR roles with AI agents earlier this month.
