“The brokerage business, which is a subset of the wealth management business, not the institutional equities and investment banking business. So, the wealth management business includes a broking licence, portfolio management, distribution, as well as the loan business associated with the wealth management business,” Bhagat said.
He called the partnership with UBS a major milestone for 360 ONE WAM. In addition to enhancing the firm’s global investment capabilities, the alliance will serve as a strong platform to offer clients a wide range of global products and services, especially tailored for UHNW individuals.
Bhagat also highlighted that the partnership will give 360 ONE’s clients access to global financial solutions, while helping UBS deepen its footprint in the fast-growing Indian market.

Product Access – Offering UBS’s global wealth management products to 360 ONE’s ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Research Sharing – Granting 360 ONE access to UBS’s global research and investment insights.
Training & Talent Exchange – Enabling both firms to collaborate on employee development and knowledge sharing.
Young said the partnership allows UBS to scale up meaningfully in India by leveraging 360 ONE’s deep market knowledge and its large base of wealthy Indian clients.

360 ONE WAM is an Indian company that helps people manage their money and investments. Earlier, it was known as IIFL Wealth Management Limited. The company offers services like investment advice, managing portfolios, distributing financial products, and providing loans.
The market capitalisation of 360 ONE WAM is around ₹39,834.11 crore. Its shares have gained close to 32% in the past year.
