MaC Venture Capital, a seed-stage venture capital firm that invests in technology startups leveraging shifts in cultural trends and behaviors, announced that it has closed its third fund at US$150 million.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented MaC Venture Capital in the fund formation with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area Investment Funds partner Javad Mostofizadeh and Bay Area Emerging Companies & Growth partner Brian Patterson, with associates Jonathan Kashani and Azzam Chaudhry. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Michael Milazzo, with associate Fangyuan Yan, and on funds regulatory matters by Chicago partner Laura Ferrell, with associates Jennifer Tian and Tim Cummings.
