With more than twenty years’ practice in employment law, Bryn advises a variety of corporate clients on a full range of employment and workforce-based issues, with a particular focus on employment tribunal litigation, workplace disputes, grievances and investigations.
His experience includes working with some of the UK’s largest employers on the employment law implications of significant contractual and other work-based changes. He also specialises in working with clients to deliver bespoke “experience-based” training on a wide range of topics, including respectful behaviour and anti-harassment/bullying training.
Bryn is the co-chair of the Manchester Law Society Employment Law Forum and an elected member of the Manchester Law Society council, as well as a Leading Individual in Legal 500 and an Acritas Star independently rated lawyer.
Bryn is the second new partner to join Lewis Silkin in Manchester in the last month, closely following advertising and marketing law specialist Rebecca Moore. The firm’s Manchester team has grown rapidly since launching in 2022; having started with just four colleagues, the office now has a team of 30, including five partners.
Richard Miskella, Joint Managing Partner at Lewis Silkin, said:
“We are thrilled to welcome Bryn to Lewis Silkin, whose experience further enhances our advisory capabilities across both UK and international employment law. Bryn is widely recognised as an exceptional advisor and we are delighted to bring on board his wide range of expertise as we continue to build out our market-leading employment offering in the North of England.”
Bryn Doyle, Partner at Lewis Silkin, commented:
“It’s great to be able to bring my enthusiasm for what I do to Lewis Silkin, a firm with an outstanding reputation in employment law. I’m joining at a time where businesses are in real need of expert support and guidance following sweeping changes to employment law, the effects and implications of which will need careful navigation in the years to come. Manchester – as one of the fastest growing cities in Europe – and the wider region are home to some of the UK’s top talent, and a real centre of innovation and enterprise. I look forward to working with the wider employment team at Lewis Silkin both in the North and across the UK to help our clients and their people succeed.”
