Joshua Cook joined Lowenstein Sandler as a partner in its emerging companies & venture capital practice in California, the firm announced Thursday.
Cook advises startups and emerging growth companies, venture capital and private equity funds, and leading incubators. He counsels entrepreneurs and companies across the tech sector at every stage, handling seed, venture and growth deals, navigating mergers and acquisitions and offering comprehensive corporate representation, the firm said.
He joins from Goodwin.
