BOSTON, February 25, 2025: Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly has named Morgan Lewis partner David McManus among its Go To Employment Lawyers for 2025. The special feature recognizes top employment lawyers in Massachusetts who demonstrate leadership and a track record of success.
David is the global leader of Morgan Lewis’s labor and employment practice, managing more than 300 lawyers across the firm. He counsels employers in an array of industries in labor and employment matters, and regularly represents employers in litigation and in arbitration relating to both union and nonunion employees. David additionally advises clients in planning and implementing the restructuring and redeployment of their US domestic and international workforces in connection with reductions in force, outsourcing transactions, facility shutdowns and relocations, mergers, sales, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
