BLTN Gains Momentum Across US Law Enforcement

Multitude Insights has secured $10 million in Series A funding to modernise real time intelligence sharing for law enforcement agencies across the United States. The raise supports the nationwide expansion of BLTN. It is an AI supported platform for creating, sharing, and analysing critical intelligence. The platform helps officers access information quickly and reduce time spent on outdated workflows.

The round was led by Primary Venture Partners. Other participants include Commonweal Ventures, Counterview Capital, VSC Ventures, NEC Orchestrating Future Fund, Alumni Ventures, E62 Ventures, and Craig P. Abod of Carahsoft Technology. The company will also deepen its partnership with Mark43 to embed BLTN directly inside modern records systems.

Most US policing software is decades old. It was not designed for cross jurisdiction collaboration. Emails, listservs, and static PDFs still carry essential intelligence across many agencies. Information often sits unseen. Investigations slow. Patterns are missed. Officers spend hours searching inboxes instead of working in the community.

Detective Lieutenant Kenneth Swift of Watertown Police says this shift is long overdue. He explains that officers need systems that support them, not processes that trap them behind screens. BLTN has already replaced manual bulletin building inside his department. It has cut the time spent digging through emails. It has helped teams discover cross jurisdiction links in minutes.

Funding Strengthens AI Supported Intelligence Sharing

CEO and Co Founder Matt White says US policing runs on information. He explains that officers should never be forced to chase leads by email or by phone. BLTN creates one secure location for publishing and searching bulletins. The platform ensures intelligence reaches the right officers at the right moment.

The company will use new capital to strengthen compliance, product development, and operational capacity. The platform has been built with the regulatory needs of government agencies in mind. COO and Co Founder Akihiko Izu stresses that security and legal discipline shape every feature. He says these standards guide the organisation’s expansion into mission critical environments.

BLTN also automatically surfaces links between related cases. It helps agencies understand patterns that were once buried in disconnected systems. It increases collaboration and reduces delays that can slow investigations.

Agencies Modernise Intelligence Workflows Nationwide

Leaders in public safety say the volume of information facing officers has grown quickly. Edward Davis, former Police Commissioner of Boston, notes that modern agencies need real time data tools to stay ahead. Criminals and terrorists adopt new technology. Police must adopt tools that offer the same speed. He says technology saves lives.

Jason Shuman of Primary Venture Partners believes BLTN offers immediate value. Officers spend less time completing paperwork. They return to the community faster. He highlights the network effect inside BLTN. More participating agencies create stronger intelligence. Communities benefit as more cases link across regions.

This funding round also supports the opening of a second office in the Pacific Northwest. It follows growing interest from agencies seeking to replace ageing intelligence workflows. Many departments want faster operations. They want fewer blind spots. They want modern tools that reduce the administrative burden on officers.

BLTN Positioned As Core Intelligence Infrastructure

BLTN is designed to become essential infrastructure rather than an optional system. It replaces manual intelligence sharing with real time digital collaboration. The platform connects departments that often work in isolation. It offers a nationwide layer for sharing bulletins and discovering related cases.

Public safety technology is shifting quickly. Agencies are under pressure to do more with fewer resources. They need systems that reduce friction. They need AI supported platforms that cut administrative load. Multitude Insights is positioning BLTN as the foundation for modern intelligence workflows.

As more agencies update their technology stacks, intelligence sharing continues to be one of the most urgent gaps. Multitude Insights plans to close that gap with a secure and scalable platform.
