I am 48 years old, the founder of a mid-sized food sales company. Over the past 12 years, I have worked tirelessly to build a nationwide customer base, overcoming early struggles to achieve steady growth.
This is the story of how I built my company from the ground up.
I started the company in late June 2013 to support my family and build my own wealth. At that time, I had little experience in food sales. The early days were tough. The company ran at a loss, struggling to gain customer interest and trust. Seeing my business fail made me question my ability.

Determined to turn things around, I dedicated myself to studying online sales strategies and seeking advice from experts at large companies. Slowly, our sales picked up, and we started attracting a steady customer base. However, I still felt we were not reaching our full potential. Our customer reach was limited, and our product quality needed improvement.
By early 2017, after nearly four years in business, I knew we needed a major upgrade. To improve efficiency and increase profits, I focused on offering durable, reputable products that met health standards and remained affordable. Customers responded well, and our reputation grew nationwide.
By our sixth year, our products were available in major supermarkets across the country. Even after the Covid-19 pandemic, our business remained strong, supported by a loyal customer base.
Looking back on this journey, I take great pride in overcoming the early struggles and achieving rapid growth. This success is the result of relentless effort and a business philosophy that always puts quality and customer interests first.
I hope my journey motivates entrepreneurs facing today’s economic challenges. Opportunities exist for those with the right skills and determination.
