PFS removes learning materials from website

The Personal Finance Society (PFS) has taken its online learning texts off its website, in a move described as a ‘short-sighted mistake’ by one financial planner.

The materials had been available on its learning support website in PDF form, but the site has now been taken down without explanation. 

In a statement to Citywire New Model Adviser the PFS said ‘some learners’ were relying on the online texts as their sole resource for exams.
