Eunice Choi joined Pillsbury as a partner in its investment funds practice in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, the firm announced Monday.
Choi represents sponsors across the US, Japan and Korea in the formation and oversight of private equity funds. She advises on organizing domestic and offshore fund entities, preparing investment fund offering documents, and negotiating partnership agreements and side letters with investors, the firm said. She will lead the firm’s private capital sponsor practice.
She joins from Goodwin Procter.
