The South East Students Entrepreneurship and Innovation Conference (SESEI 2025) will feature a panel focused on lifestyle and service branding, scheduled for Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the ASUU Secretariat, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. The panel, titled “Lifestyle, Property & Entertainment Innovators,” will be led by four entrepreneurs: Ukpai Chinecherem Prince, known as Prince Neche, Somto Henry Ezeaniomenyi, Enem Bontis Obinna, and Okeke Victor.

The conference’s theme, “Igniting Enterprise, Innovation & Leadership in the Next Generation,” sets the stage for this session, which will discuss “Building Value-Driven Brands: Launching, Selling & Scaling in Lifestyle & Service-Based Industries.” The panel aims to shed light on how young entrepreneurs are establishing sustainable businesses in sectors such as real estate, interior design, cleaning services, and entertainment.

Prince Neche, recognized for his work in comedy and as the founder of TalkTime Entertainment, will share insights on leveraging humor and content creation to build a youth-centered brand and navigate the entertainment industry’s business aspects. Somto Henry, founder of SomTee Global, will address the challenges and opportunities in professionalizing and scaling cleaning and facility management services, areas often overlooked in entrepreneurship discussions.

Bontis Obinna, who leads Bon Classic Designs, will focus on turning passion for interior design into a viable business, emphasizing the importance of aesthetics and client experience. Okeke Victor, a partner at Arnold and Associates, will provide practical advice on entering the real estate market and building credibility in a capital-intensive sector.

This panel is tailored for young people interested in service-based industries, offering guidance on branding creative careers, managing interior design businesses, and launching property ventures. Participants will have access to mentorship from the panelists and other entrepreneurs, networking opportunities, and a chance to compete for a ₦2 million empowerment grant, with 30 students eligible for business support funding.
