The webinar will feature Russ Cole, SPHR, PHR-CA, an HR consultant with KPA since 2018. Russ brings 40 years of experience in human resources, workforce development, and corporate-university recruitment. His specialty and passion are for employee relations in which he draws from his earlier background in counseling, education administration and organization development.
