Analysis of AI interview experience and in-depth results of competency tests Up to 10 times a month Professional consulting such as providing interviews to support competency tests and self-help will also be expanded to 12 places including two new free suits held for the first time this year on the 25th

This year, the Seoul Metropolitan Government will strengthen and operate youth employment support programs such as AI interview experience and competency testing programs, “employment wings,” a free suit rental program, and youth intern job camps.
First, AI interview experience (propensity test, video interview, strategic game) and competency test programs are provided so that young people can prepare for non-face-to-face AI recruitment in line with rapidly changing employment trends. This year, the number of monthly tests available per person will be doubled from last year to support competency tests up to 10 times per month.
The AI interview experience and competency test is a program operated by the city since May 2021, and 15,506 young job seekers used it last year alone and showed 95.8% satisfaction with use.
Job-seekers who participate in the program will be provided with more than 10,000 interview questions from 159 companies, and professional consulting services such as in-depth result analysis paper, self-introduction letter preparation, and face-to-face interview preparation will be provided after taking the competency test. Special lectures on related analysis and job information sessions will also be available.
Young people wishing to experience AI interviews can be used online at any time and convenient place through membership of the relevant website (seoulyouth.co.kr ), and an in-depth result analysis paper will be provided to objectively grasp individual strengths and weaknesses, competency levels, and job suitability. After completing the experience, you can even receive professional consulting services by selecting the method and time you want from phone, video, and face-to-face. Consulting services diagnose individual problems and present strategies for supplementing weaknesses and customized occupations for each competency.
Special lectures on AI competency test analysis and job presentations will cover analysis of companies introducing AI competency tests, customized response strategies, and how to use AI competency test results.
In addition, in order to provide the latest job trend information to young job seekers, we will also run a job live special lecture program with various job experts this year. The job live special lecture, which will be held in a real-time talk concert method, will be held 10 times with various topics tailored to the needs of young people.
The live special lecture on employment is available on the relevant website (seoulyouth.co.kr ) or YouTube, and you can ask questions in advance to the incumbent and listen to answers in real-time special lectures through pre-application. If you have any additional questions, it is also possible to communicate and receive answers through real-time chat window questions. After the end of the broadcast, the replay video will be uploaded and the information will be continuously provided.
This year’s first live job lecture will be held on the 25th. HR expert (Midas IT HR manager) appeared and said, “AI Transformation Era! What is a job seeker who is good at work?Under the theme of ”, it is expected to listen to young job seekers’ concerns about employment and answer various questions of young people from the perspective of human resources managers.
The “employment wing” service, which eases the economic burden of young job seekers by renting interview suits for free, has accumulated 326,000 users and has been used by 57,000 young people last year alone, showing 98.6% satisfaction with use, making it a representative youth employment support project in Seoul.
Since all branches of the employment wing are located in a base area where many young people are active, the convenience of access is considered an advantage, the city added two new Seongbuk and Sillim branches. As a result, there are a total of 12 points where you can use the employment wing service.
Each branch supports personalized coordination so that young people who are about to be interviewed can rent suits tailored to the characteristics of each company and industry. Measure the measurements such as height, waist circumference, and leg length carefully, and repair the suit to fit your body shape. At this time, not only suits but also ties, belts, and shoes are provided with interview completion items.
The employment wing service is available for job interviews from high school graduates to young people under the age of 39. It can be rented for 3 nights and 4 days per use, and can be used up to 10 times per year.
To use the service, make a reservation for the employment wing service through the Seoul job portal website (job.seoul.go.kr ) and visit the reserved location at the set time. If you are using the service for the first time, you must visit the branch in person to measure your body size, and after that, you can use the parcel service after making an online reservation without a separate visit.
The “Seoul-type Youth Intern Job Camp,” which supports young people to experience internships at promising companies that they prefer, explore their jobs and gain work experience, will be operated this year by supporting pre-job training to improve job competency, internship opportunities at various companies (institutions), workplace adaptation education to help them complete successful internships, and job connection after internships.
In the fourth job camp last year, 184 young people worked as interns at promising companies based on private companies, and 108 of them (58.7%) succeeded in finding employment.
This year, the participating companies and institutions are 77 promising domestic and foreign companies such as DHL Korea, Qualcomm Korea, Korea 3M, and SR, and 24 international cooperation organizations such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Korea and the OECD Korea Policy Center.
In particular, this year, the internship period has been extended from three months to four months to strengthen the practical capabilities of young people. In addition, it plans to provide resume, interview consulting, and mentoring for incumbent workers more fully for successful internship matching and employment linkage.
Joo Yong-tae, head of the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s economic office, said, “We will continue to expand customized programs so that the city’s youth employment support program can be a practical employment support plan for young people who will suffer from a cold wave of employment and a decrease in motivation to find a job.”
