Three AI companies commit to Covington’s SparkHaus

Covington’s SparkHaus, Northern Kentucky’s entrepreneurship hub, is proving to be a key magnet for artificial intelligence startups.

SparkHaus, located at 727 Madison Ave. in Covington’s Central Business District, is set to open in August. The space is currently under construction.

Upon completion, the building will serve as a space for Northern Kentucky-based startups, investment firms and entrepreneurial support organizations to collaborate in one centrally located office hub.

The project has already received commitments from Northern Kentucky entrepreneurship resource and advocacy organization Blue North and Covington-based venture capital firm eGateway Capital. Now, SparkHaus is adding to the list.

On May 29, Kenton County announced that three AI companies will establish a presence within SparkHaus: Inflow, Flamel.ai and SYRV.AI.

Inflow is an AI-powered design company that uses AI automation and a network of designers to deliver branding, pitch decks, product UI and marketing assets. The company is based in Cincinnati.

“I’ve been part of the startup scene in Cincinnati for a long time, but I’ve always believed Northern Kentucky had its own kind of energy — it just needed the right catalyst,” CEO Steffan Howey said in a press release. “SparkHaus feels like that. As someone who lives in Covington, it matters to me to build something local. Choosing SparkHaus is our way of betting on where this region is headed — and doing our part to help shape it.”

Covington-based Flamel.ai is an AI-powered platform for brand management and marketing. The platform enables businesses to streamline content creation, maintain brand consistency and boost engagement across all locations.

Lastly, SYRV.AI is an artificial intelligence consultancy based in Covington that specializes in providing services to help integrate AI into the operational flows of companies and governments.

“SparkHaus is more than just a building—it’s a catalyst for collaboration, creativity and meaningful growth,” founder Jarrod Anderson said. “Being co-located with other AI-centric startups sparks constant idea exchange and real-world problem solving, accelerating the pace of innovation for everyone.”

The announcement comes on the heels of Cincy AI Week, a multi-day event featuring tech leaders, entrepreneurs, researchers, and investors to explore the evolving world of artificial intelligence.
