Spencer Fane attorney Tracey Wallace spoke at the National Employment Law Council (NELC) 30th Anniversary Conference on April 10 in Los Angeles. Spencer Fane was also a sponsor for the three-day event.
Tracey joined the breakout session, Managing Effective Workplace Investigations. Comprised of leading workplace investigators and in-house counsel, the panel explored real-life scenarios and provided advanced best practices ranging from identifying the right investigator and beginning the investigation to intricate questions regarding privilege, global investigations, the use of AI for investigations, and ensuring evidence preservation for potential litigation.
