Please could you help me and my sisters after Virgin Money incorrectly paid our mother’s entire £90,000 pension to me when she died last year? I also hope you can help our father after the bank sold the investments in Mum’s stocks and shares Isa and paid £100,000 into his current account, even though he had made it clear that he wanted the money to stay invested. It didn’t give him any information before liquidating her Isa and he is now struggling to get Virgin to fix its error. As the executor of her estate my father already has had a tremendous amount to do.
