In October, financial adviser Amanda Thompson will head to Hawaii to compete at the Ironman World Championships.
For the uninitiated, that’s 3.9 kilometres of swimming, 180.2 kilometres of biking and, to cap it off, a full marathon of 42.2 kilometres.
