The Nigerian Women Trust Fund has opened applications for election field observers ahead of the 2027 Nigeria presidential election.
The opportunity is open to residents of Kano, Akwa Ibom, Plateau, Kaduna, Borno and Sokoto states.
Observers will monitor voting, report irregularities and observe result collation to promote credible, transparent and peaceful elections.
The initiative is funded by the European Union (EU).
