A judge declined to dismiss a bill of discovery complaint filed by Janel Grant, the former World Wrestling Entertainment employee who brought a federal sexual assault and trafficking case against former CEO Vince McMahon.
Grant filed the bill of discovery against Dr. Carlon Colker and his practice, Peak Wellness Inc., who is represented by Frank J. Silvestri and Robert Laplaca of Verrill Dana.
