The Dow was cruising to session highs with a half-hour left to go in Thursday’s session.

The blue-chip index was up 230 points, or 0.5%. The S&P 500 was up 0.6%. The Nasdaq Composite was up 0.9%.

Though bond yields briefly spiked prior to the open after the House of Representatives narrowly passed President Donald Trump’s signature tax bill, they pulled back this afternoon.
