Jonathan Berkow: Jack, you cover internet, media and consumer companies. And I know that you recently used AI to understand a complex merger scenario. How did that go?
Jack Chen: So, I used AI to help analyze this acquisition of a global media business. It was able to help me understand what was inside the asset market by market and then help me walk through different deal scenarios.
JB: Great. And how did that change things for you?
JC: First, it accelerated the research. What I was previously able to do in 10 hours, it could do in 10 minutes. Then I was able to actually use the AI as a sparring partner to test my assumptions and my logic so that I can focus my time on forecasting rather than fact gathering.
